In the day-to-day interactions, the interactions that happen during meetings, conferences, and reviews are all set to keep judging, evaluating, and assessing leaders, colleagues, and employees. What gets missed out is the connection to the human behind the role.  


Every Individual has a story and a lifetime experience. 


During these exercises, we interact with curiosity with the leaders, colleagues, and teams (in groups of 10-12 people) on questions like: 


  • What do you value the most in your life & Why? 

  • Who is your hero/role model & Why? 

  • If you were to write an autobiography – what would the title, be? 

  • What legacy would you want to leave behind for the next generation? 

  • What is the most exciting thing you have ever done? 

  • If you were to get a tattoo, what would that be? 

  • What should people better understand about you?
